The only way for us to help you find your recurring subscriptions is to process your bank or credit card statements and find repeating patterns. Without that access, there's no other way, outside of maybe, sorcery, or mind reading. Rest assured, we use Plaid, a trusted 3rd party that banks like Chase, BofA, American Express and others trust, so that we never have access to your login credentials.

The access we get is read only (we could NEVER charge you), and all transactions are anonymized and safe-guarded with 256-bit encryption-the same security banks use.

We use Plaid, the industry leader in connecting financial tools to institutions. While we support thousands of providers, we don't support all of them yet. We are working to improve support for Cash App and more regional credit unions. Please email support@subscriptionstopper.com the name of your institution and we will add it to our list of banks to add safe, secure connections to.

On the main page, tap on one of your subscriptions, then tap the pink "Cancel" button.
Then follow the instructions to cancel the subscription.

We provide you step by step instructions to cancel annoying subscriptions yourself. We also provide you tips from the community to help with additional ways to cancel or save.

We are always working on new ways to make this process even easier. So stay tuned.

Slow is frustrating. Average times to process transactions are 1-3 minutes and we're working every day to make this even faster. The longer you've had your bank the longer it will take.

If it's taking a very long time, then please tap on the "Account" icon in the app, then scroll down to Contact US, so we can review the specific issue logs and help get this problem resolved for you. Alternatively, you can email support@subscriptionstopper.com from the email you registered with and describe the issue. Hopefully, we can get this resolved right away and thanks for helping us make the app better for everyone.

We're sorry to see you go, but we've made this process super easy. Because your data is YOUR data.

1. Tap on the account icon in the top left corner of the app's main screen.
2. Tap on the account box that says "Welcome, YOUR NAME."
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on the big purple "Delete My Account" button. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Please note, this can't be reversed.

If you subscribed to a service not directly with the provider but through App Store or Google plav store you will need to cancel it with them.

Visit the Apple App Store Subscriptions page or the Google Play Store Subscriptions page to view and cancel your subscription there, directly.
